Welcome to Under the Rug, a rug hooking supply shop located in central Nova Scotia at 15 Carter Road, Brookfield, NS. It is owned and operated by Kathy Dean with a great deal of support and help from her talented friend Ankie Fisher.
Our shelves are filled with a great selection of patterns, frames, books, wool cutters (Bliss and Fraser), backings (linen, monks cloth, premium Scottish burlap), 100% dorr wool, hand dyed & recycled wool, all washed and ready to be hooked! We are very pleased to be able to offer original designs by Shelly Atkinson, a talented Truro artist.
